AT first they only reached the "You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page." and then I enabled Can View Forum... and that took them to where they enter their date of birth... but then when they proceed... it says they have to be invited.

dont worry, im 100% garunteed you'll be using HTML or Text your choice with my system... then you can use the refferer stats as well to see what members have invited who etc..

Ok, If I disable Registration by Invites Only, it works when they follow the email link... but when that option is enabled... They get the "you need to be invited" screen.

It aappears this problem has shown up several times in this thread but with no resolution. Have any of you that encountered this been able to figure out what the situation is?

Ok... I figured it out. For some reason, when I disabled COPPA... it works now. Anyone know why this is?

I probably forgot to modify a template. Will look into it tomorrow.

I am not sure I understand the question, but you need to download the archive, unpack it into a folder in your computer, open the readme.html file in your browser (preferrably non-[internet explorer]), and follow the instructions.

You must do the following:
1. Overwrite the XML.
2. When using the multiple-field interface, make sure you specified a name and a valid e-mail.

We followed directions (above) but the old one line style still appears :(

We overwrite the product XML with the new one. We re-upload invites.php on the server. In ACP it shows version 1.3.0, but when we view it on the forum we only see one line :( How do we fix?

Is "Multiple-Line" set to off in admincp?

There is no "Multiple-Line" setting for on/off anywhere (under options?). Just how many lines multiple show should be set at (see screenshot).

FIXED! REUPLOAD THE XML.

I don't know, for some reason it won't be exported. Looking at it..
EDIT: Ok, it was for some reason marked as "not vBulletin-default", therefore it did not get exported. It is fixed now. Overwrite the XML.

Well we've got good news and bad news :nervous:

There is a new field called "Single-Field Addressline" which we tried seting to both yes and no, but it makes no difference, it always shows the single line no matter what :(

That's odd. We even deleted the name/address from the form and refreshed and not only did it send another letter out, but the name/address magically reappeared again in the form... :ermm:

That's how it's supposed to work. But I'll see whether it can be fixed by adding a graphic confirmation code.

Do you know what I need to edit so if a member doesn't enter their own note, the email doesn't say "attatch note text test"? It's not a big deal, just looks goofy.

That's how it works.... Duh. Check whether something exists before you make suggestions.
