Works fine for me in 3.6.4 with the default vBulletin skin... but it is not showing up in my custom skin. Are there any manual instructions so that I may edit SHOWTHREAD template and get these commands to show up in my custom skin's Thread Tools menu?

Any reason this hack doesn't also add the 2 bump options to the "Moderation" dropdown when viewing the forum??

It's impossible to bump more than one thread at a time and I think it would be a great feature.

Well, in October of 2005, the coder Andreas made it clear he wasn't adding or fixing anything for this hack, so there's your reason, I suppose...
