Where are the settings for this in the ACP? I dont see them....

Remember, while installing plugins the options are always at bottom of the vBulletin Options list. ;)

I installed it and when uploading the .xml something is going wrong, it just creates a blank plugin. and i am useing RC2

The XML file included is a "products" xml ile and not a "plugin" one, please go to the products manage as instructed in the installation instruction and upload the XML through there :)
