Administer -> Settings and Permissions -> database_name

It didn't like this:

It gave a db error when I used the apostrophe. ;)

Sorry, I guess I didn't explain it very well. What I meant was it looks as though there is one line under both links. It makes it look like one link instead of 2. ;)
