I'm have the same probelm with Croft. As well as the additional problem of wrong widths in one of the columns.
An extra row that appears underneath the thread title, in Firefox and Opera - IEWin does not show it. I checked the code and it's this: <thead> <tr> <td class="tcat" colspan="<if condition="$vboptions[showmoderatorcolumn]">6<else />5</if>"> </td> </tr> </thead> What exactly does this empty row do? Firefox and Opera do display empty rows unlike IE, and it doesn't look nice when it's empty. I just deleted this row but I would like to know its purpuse. Please advise. As far as the problem with the widths, please see the screenshot provided. Firefox displays it correctly, but Opera and IEWin do not. Any suggestions? thanks PS. excellent mod by the way. |
okay
what did i do wrong..LOl (messing with now to try and recopy code) http://fuzzy.phpwebhosting.com/%7Emathiau/vb/index.php? [UPDATE} (excuse the n00bness but been a while since i worked with VB. Okay, got the 2 categories but i got no sapce and i have re-copied the coding 3 times now - what line specifically tells their to be a space between the categories? |
Okay also now after putting in this hack when i change my table size from %100 to anything else -
i end up with http://fuzzy.phpwebhosting.com/%7Emathiau/vb/index.php? it only shrinks the forums categories / tables - nothing else........ |
urm...i suggest just resetting all the templates you changed to their originals for now...
?? you broke it real good son! |
I agree with Magik, reset the templates modified and start again if you don't know what you did for it to become like that.
|
^^ will try that - did it 3 times now and everytime it only shrinks those tables if i put it at%80 table width - :(

Hey im just having a little problem after modifying my templates with your code (btw, nice job on the modification)
For some reason, the bottom image in my code seems to repeat itself. See the image i attached. Do you know whats causing it?? I also attached my forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost |
Just started intergrating my final forum theme, I found out it was a variable problem for mine, it would say for the width of the tables to be the outer table width, when they need to be the inner table width.

argh i figured it out, stupid wrong non 0 cellpadding, thanks tho... *kicks vbulletin*
