cool, one last thing :) How do you move the blocks around? Like have the shoutbox top right and others on the left ?

On the options page you'll see Left/Right Block 1, 2 etc, select the content for that block from the dropdown list and make sure its enabled :)

On mine the drop down box on the options page only show NONE blank blank BOTH so im guessing it should say left and right

Correct *lol* The phrases didn't export properly from my site which is why there are odd bits of text missing here and there, download the zip again and replace vbindex_phrases.xml and run vbiupgraded.php?step=10 and it will re-import them and add the missing ones.

did the upgrade and re-run the installer to import them.
but now i get a blank page :(

is there anyway to un-install it? I'm not sure what tables it made and I forgot to back up my forum before installing :/

It should still have re-imported the templates and phrases (assuming you finished each step), thats just some left over debug code, nothing to worry about.

yep looks like my browser froze while redoing the phrase part, its back BUT still the menus dont work and no dropdowns :(

another thing you said regarding the placement of the boxes, cant you have some on the left and have some on the right ? I dont get how you do this as it seems to change them all ? :( /me is confused....lol

The menus won't work untill you have edited at minium the headinclude and navbar templates to make sure all links in <script> <a> and <form> tags have a full URL.
