Have you tried leaving it as default then test. I left mine like this as it works

I did leave it as default but as that didn't work I tried numerous other things:

- disable all other plugins
- uninstall - reinstall
- various file paths
- all locations

Unfortunately the add friend icon doesn't appear anywhere :confused:

I have decided to give up and use [DBTech] Advanced User Tagging instead.
Different but it works for me!

If you wish, leave the mod installed, but disabled, and pm me a aim account, and I can look into it.

Seconded. I'm having the same issue... the icons just won't appear.

Are you guys making sure that the "Usergroups Allowed To See The Buttons" are checked according to the usergroups you guys want this to be available for? ....

Surprisingly, after 2 hours of checking with this plugin, it worked at last :)

I had to re-install it over 7 times to make it work... not sure why it didn't work at first anyways...

I managed to change the location of the button as well to the right side of the postbit controls...

I have selected every single usergroup - even the banned ones!!

I re-installed it several times, tried different paths but nothing.

Did you change any configuration outside of the options for this mod?

I have not looked into it yet on your site, hopefully soon, just have a lot going on at the moment.
