When viewing a user profile, their avatar is replaced by the default. It's ok in the forums though, only happens in the user profile.

Yes it only shows in the postbit ATM.

Thanks for the reply. I'm still a bit confused though.

If the user has uploaded their own profile pic, then it displays just under their user name when viewing their profile. If they have also selected/uploaded an avatar, then that displays further down the profile under Join Date. If they have not uploaded a custom profile pic or selected/uploaded an avatar, then the default avatar is shown in the profile pic location but nothing displays below Join Date where a user-defined avatar would show.

To summarize that then, and we're talking just the profile here, not the forums, if the user has not defined an avatar or profile pic, then this mod will display a default image, but in the profile pic location, not the profile avatar location?

What this mod does is a replacement in the postbit or postbt_legacy template, I have not added any other locations for it to look to replace yet.

Hey ozzy so I just installed this, but for some reason in threads the avatars image appears broken. This is not the case on user profiles where the avatars show up. Do I have to upload my own picture for the avatar?

You could, but there is one that came with the mod. Are you sure you loaded the image that came with the mod correctly?

Yeah I just checked and I accidentally clicked past the images folder, it was a quick fix. :)
