I have 2.0.1 (Lite) installed and I'm wondering if I should update to 2.5. I don't use DB's thanks or tag hacks and I don't really care if the stats are displayed or not :D
I'm also wondering if using Xcache would be more efficient than Filecache on a VPS. My previous host wouldn't allow Xcache to be installed so I had to use Filecache, but now I'm on a vps and can install Xcache if I want :) |

XCache can cache more than just the vBulletin stuff, so it's definitely a boon to have that compared to Filecache, since XCache works with your RAM rather than your disk I/O :)

I have xCache installed just to accelerate PHP. For the forum itself I memcache. They seem to work together brilliantly.
