Working with 4.1 but with IE the popup menu is wrong placed and the background is transparent...

I've uploaded new 0.4 version with some fixes & popup animation. 0.3 missed somewhere ;) . Detailed changelog here: https://github.com/rcdesign/vb-iquote/commits/master/

- Not tested with 4.1 at all. Will do it, when vB with new editor will be released (4.1.1?)
- Let me know, if any bugs left with 4.0.x
