Doesn't seem to be working with 4.1.3

Ricsca 05-10-2011 11:22 AM

Is possibile Change Article Owner?

Works just fine for me at 4.1.3. (forums only)

speedy1505 and Phalnyx might find this one slightly amusing: for whatever reason my vB.org searches had only lead me to the 3.x versions of this product. So I began modifying it myself and was almost finished. I lost the 3.x product/plugin vB.org webpage one night, so I did another search to ask Phalnyx if I could distribute the product in the same manner in which speedy1505 has. And wouldn't you know it?! That's when I found the 4.x version! Hah! I about gave myself a good kick in the pants, but then again this was my first attempt at modifying/creating a product/plugin, so I learned a lot, so it wasn't a total waste of time.

Anyway, thanks again. Marked as installed and MOTM.

Jerry

Nice to hear your work was not a total waste :)
Did you produced the same result as Speedy1505?

av8or1 06-07-2011 04:51 PM

Hi Phalynx,

Yes my stuff worked and used your basic structure/approach. I was at the point of tweaking the HTML in the primary template when I found the 4.x version in an attempt to make the same request of you. My code has a slightly different implementation, but in the end the results are the same.

Thanks again - necessary and good mod.

Phalynx is there any possibility to update this modification so as to be able to change the posted time of the threads?

FReeSTER 06-11-2011 06:54 PM

Phalynx can you make your modification base it on this one?

I have both but due to the lack of support on the other modification I think it will be great if you add the menu to every post per the username allow to use this. Is much easier to post at one shot.

This will be great bro if you can and willing to donate for it
