The older (pre 418) version is now attached to the main post.
This is for vBulletin versions 4.1.0 - 4.1.7 only.
Please note that the older version is NOT supported. There is no 4.0.x version available.

I try uploading the xml file and this is the error I get.

"Failed to find HTML type"

In my Forum Blocks Manager I never have the option for HTML as a block type. What am I doing wrong?

Try reloading your block types (its a link in the Forum Blocks Manager screen).

Updated due to the removal of the old collapse images in 4.1.11 - the replacement images are actually available in 4.1.8, 4.1.9 & 4.1.10 so you can update to the new version even if you havent upgraded from them to 4.1.11 yet. vBulletin versions prior to 4.1.8 are not supported by the current version (for 4.1.0 to 4.1.7 you can use the file prefixed with 417). vBulletin 4.0.x is not supported at all and no version is available to download.
