Is there a way to allow certain custom usergroups to not have to reply such as VIP or Donator groups?

Yes, That's on my next release tasks.
I will post the new features which it's already coded in the next new version (3.6) but I need to wait until vBulletin 4 Gold release and see if there is something I need to change or not :up:
