is it possible to change the background color of the sticky threads to make them look different from the normal threads?

You can do that in the stylvars if I remember right. I would like to see an update where it removes the words sticky and normal and the border around that so actually separating the 2.

Remove the bold tags all together and add font-weight: bold; to the inner CSS property
