How can I give moderators permission to ban from a thread? But only threads in their forum.

Is there any plugin for this for VB 8? I'm getting this error when I attempt to install this on the latest version:

EDIT:
You can force an install by removing this from the XML code:

Though I am not sure if this is allowed to do so.

Can anyone get this to work on VB 3.8.4? It seems it doesn't work for me.

Installed and working perfectly in 3.8.4 PL1. Thanks!

Just don't forget to remove the dependency, or make the template edits. I'm also looking forward to the continued support of this mod and the "To-Do" list being completed.

Also working fine on 3.8.4 PL1 with the same changes as Saviour has mentioned. Very handy , I also hope to see itupdated and added to the 3.8 mods forum.

I'd like to allow the thread creator to ban a user rather than just the admin/mods... Anything like that around?

Excellent. Remove the dependencies and this works in 3.8 versions...
