I cannot see anything of that....why?

in Turkish,some problems
we cannot see pics in turkish xml file
i tried translate,but,i didnt find some part
if i click "stamp thread", there is 5choosings
i want to translate them,but i didnt find all of them
only,i found "no stamp", how can i translate that part?
and,i cannot find thread status like "Excellent", in bold
i wanna change it too

Go to Plugin Manager and disable "The Best Topics" plugin, thats work.

Please help a newbie here. I just took over a board, and this was added but didn't work, so I uploaded this new version, just that one xml file and that works, but it still has the old pictures, the white awards and such..........

how can i get your new graphics to show up? what do I do?

also my graphics are getting cut off, so if there is more than one sentence it works fine, but if it is a one liner then it doens't work. Only a part shows. What is going on??
