Aysha? What a beautiful name! I love the spelling...
Anyway - yes - I've installed and it works wonderfully now. I think the issue may have been something else though... I thought I had deleted the files that were part of the earlier HelpCenter - apparently I did not - so I deleted the files via ftp and then simply uploaded the new files, importing the product anew... Worked just fine.

I thank ya for the help and for the beautiful modification.

I have a suggestion though - I've put the forum that posts the original HelpCenter topic in the JPiC Staff Zone. It'd be very interesting to have it so that whenever a Moderator or Admin posts in the Staff Zone thread - that it actually updates the original HelpCenter post with comment as well. Would be a very nice feature IMO.

Anyway - Thanx again = Cheers ;)

Jacquii.

OK - You can see the the specific issue at http://jpicforum.info/helpcenter.php?do=ticket&tid=2

The text doesn't seem to parse correctly in the replies. Where the following text is how it should be formatted:

Quote:

Well - You've started in the right place! Welcome to JPiC :jpicwelcome: -- Navigating the Forum is not as difficult as it may seem upon 1st glance. We have the main navigation bar which allows you to browse most forum features with a simple click or 2 ((see the pic below))

We also have a section of JPiC Video Tutorials that you may want to watch... The tutorials are in need of update - but they do offer an inciteful look into navigating the forum and performing certain forum procedures.

Finally - As seen in the 2nd pic below - We've made posting on JPiC as easy as a 1-click process.

Any further questions? Feel free to ask right here.

Thanx and Happy posting.

Jacquii.
It always looks like the following when either editing the reply OR simply posting a reply - Looks like the text is scrunched up and the line breaks aren't parsed:

Would love a fix for this issue! Um - you may tell from viewing the JPiC link I provided... I've edited the templates to suit my need. I do not think I've editing anything in particular that would have any influence on how the text is parsed though.

Thanx and I've posted this on PaulSonny.com as well. I'm using vB 3.6.8 PL2 ;)

Sorry about the slow response time's Jacquii we've been working flat out.

Thanks, Paul.

Kewl! Questions: Which templates have been edited? What (if any) additional features have been added? And has the parse issue above been fixed?

Thanx PAUL!
