Just right-click on the missing image link -> Properties and look the URL. Then upload the files into the corresponding directory or copy the default ones there.

As example:

URL: www.your_board.com/images/ratings/missing_image_1.jpg

Would result in:

images/ratings/missing_image_1.jpg

Via FTP :)

Has anyone figured out how to do this yet? This theme is THE best but with the exception of not being able to add banners to the header because it messes the whole alignment up. Can we convert the second header image to a background image somehow?
