Site Name: Hyjoo

URL: www.hyjoo.com

Description: Off-topic french board. Discussions concern movies, music, games... To sum up : everything which is related to leasure entertainment.

Reason for Nomination: Our community has been growing more and more these last six months. A huge work has been done in order to answear to members' needs, making Hyjoo a heavily modified board, with a lot of "homemade" hacks. A few examples :

- We created our own article system with a special "indexation feature" (see here for an example with our Anime & Manga Index) !

- We created a fully integrated IRC system (with unrealircd server, and a java script which links it to the vB database). Only Hyjoo members are able to login to this private IRC server (test it here if you want) !

- We now have our directory, generated from the DMOZ one, and integrated in our board.

I know most of your guys are not English, but it's been something like 2 years I am a vBulletin addict, and I couldn't wait to make Hyjoo a candidate for the BOTM ! :)

OK, there are just under 24 to go before nominations are closed for BOTM February.

If you haven't already done so, have a look at the sites that have been nominated and second the ones that you like. You can second up to three sites providing all seconds are located within the same post.

Good luck everyone.

Description: A Lot of Talk is a former anime board that evolved into a place where some close nit community goers could hang out and just chat about anything.

Reason for Nomination: A Lot of Talk is a heavily modified board with it's own custom style and a few custom hacks. It also has a very solid member base and is a place where a lot of great conversations (about anything) take place.

Second.
