I havnt checked the code for that, again I didnt write this hack so..

I love this hack but I wanted to use this hack on my site which is not related to cars.

I would like to name the fields differntly and maybe add some fields that are more related to my site. Also change the name of the have from VbGarage to maybe something more ralated to my site. This would be a great hack and maybe more universal if instead of it being car related if these fields cound be changed to thing you like so that it can be used on many sites

Everything is phrased dude, you can change whatever you want ;)
Just go into the phrase manager and search for vbg

Should come up with all the phrases you can change.

As for adding new fields, that you would have change the php code yourself; again this is not my hack so i dont plan on making any huge changes to the code.

Is there a way to set the permissions so that only a certain group can view or upload pictures?

Currently no, but feel free to add them yourself ;)

I have converted vBGarage right after the release of vB3.5 but I wasn't allowed to make it public :(

Did you include the new editor interface..? It was a pain but mine is working fine :)

This is based on magnus's 3.1 code; I plan on merging it with noppids 4.x sometime this weekend.. which does have the wysiwyg interface.

I uploaded the latest version of the php file and it still posts to the my own profile not the users which was specified.. was there anything further I needed to do?

The fix was in the templates.
