hack_install_b3.php isn't part of this hack in any way which form, you sure you haven't downloaded an old version?

I just attempted to install this, and I'm getting the same error.

I clicked the link in the first post in this thread, which appears at the side. The file I got is titled: MAF (Moderator Application Form & Application Rating Module).zip, while the links says something different.

Help? :)

Edit: Clicking the link again, appears to return a file with the proper title. I suggest downloading again to all users encountering this bug. Must be a vb.org bug! Disss! :ermm:
