Well the last version was working correctly , after this upgrade, member started reporting this issue :(

It was changed in I believe v3.0 due to a swarm of reports about quote tags breaking when mentions were parsed there.

The old version was the incorrect behaviour, and this is the correct behaviour, not the other way around :)

it works fine but seems my emoticons box went away when i enabled this, template conflict possibly?

Sorry, I don't know what mod you're referring to - this works fine with the built-in smilie box in vBulletin.

Could you please explain how to mention whole usergroup?

If my usergroup title is "Registered Group"... in order to mention that group, which is the correct harshtag mention?

1. @RegisteredGroup;
2. @Registered Group;
3. @Registered_Group;
