If you upgraded from an old version, be sure to follow the instructions in the Upgrade Notes text files. That might be the reason :)

Please let me know how to fix this...... This is a fresh install ..... As I started the first time, I have never used this mod until now thats why I had issues installing, as I NEVER used it.

After a Long install for me too, it just seems like something is missing, I just get blank screens when clicking on

DBTech - vBActivity > Manage Achievements (well ANY of the sub options)

I'm running vBulletin 4.2.0 Patch Level 2

It seems to install just fine, with the incrimenting up to Version 3 etc etc.

Just doesnt make sense right now, doesnt seem to work for me.

Are you running the i.s.s.w "security" product? If so, please disable it.

If you want faster answers, you need to post support threads over at www.DragonByte-Tech.com - this is clearly written in all our threads :)

Please PM me with an FTP account as well as an AdminCP account so I can look into this.

Hi there,

got a database error while installing this mod:

Code:

This means your MySQL server crashed. Please ensure max_packet_size in my.cnf is sufficiently high (the default 1M is nowhere near enough, we run 128M on DBTech) and try boosting wait_timeout by doubling its current value until the error no longer appears.

Certain systems would be unable to pass the v1.1.0 installer step, this has now been resolved :)

I tried upgrade from version 2.1.9 to the new 3.0.2.
I follow the steps in the instructions to do the upgrade.

But when importing the XML takes too long to "update" and I get this:

Updating To Version Number: 3.0.0

++++ Created Table: dbtech_vbactivity_contestprogress
++++ Created Table: dbtech_vbactivity_contesttype
++++ Populated Table: dbtech_vbactivity_contesttype
++++ Altered Table: dbtech_vbactivity_achievement
++++ Altered Table: dbtech_vbactivity_contest
++++ Reverted Cache: dbtech_vbactivity_contest
++++ Altered Table: dbtech_vbactivity_medal
++++ Altered Table: dbtech_vbactivity_medalrequest
++++ Altered Table: dbtech_vbactivity_points
++++ Altered Table: dbtech_vbactivity_points

And it says finished in no time. Importing, please wait, is what it says.
I look at the products and plugins panel and says I have the previous version.

My vBulletin is the 4.1.7 patch level 1 version
