I apologize in advance if this was asked before. I need a chat for my site that works ON THE NAVBAR and OPENS A NEW PAGE, and TELLS OTHERS THAT PEOPLE ARE IN CHAT.

Your chat seems to work on the same page, and that extends the page, which I don't want. Valter's VSA chat puts a link on the Navbar, but has no way to announce who is in chat.

Will your chat do what I need?

1- put a link on the Navbar (like Valter's VSA Chat)

2- open a new page rather than extending the existing page by embedding

3- let other users know that someone is in chat (or let them be paged or notified).

Adding this to the todo list.

mgc_cb_evo.php?do=view_chatbox shows the chatbox on its own page, though there is a small bug on that part in the current version that makes it quite unusable, this will be fixed by end of the month.

You mean elsewhere than on the chatbox page ?

1. It would be great if you add a link to the Navbar that opens its own page like Vchat by Valter.

2. mgc_cb_evo.php?do=view_chatbox - where would I put this code? I am a newbie to PHP.

3. Let others know on the bottom of the userlist that others are in chat, how many, which chat channel, and allow a registered user to page someone to chat, and permit pages to be turned off if someone does not want to be bothered.
