Ok, Thank you.. I just installed uCS hack on our forum and installed your RPG hack

But when l go to any threads on my forum, I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getlevel() in /home/xelation/public_html/forums/includes/functions_showthread.php on line 576

The 576 line is- :

When l go to my rpg.php page, I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getlevel() in /home/xelation/public_html/forums/rpg.php on line 167

Any idea?

Uninstalling it and re-installing it fixes everything.

Doesn't work for me :(

Open the install instructions, and search for this (without the quotes): "function getlevel("
Then notice which file edit this is referring to, and perform this file edit.

Hi there, Im still a newbie at this, Ive only just installed my first successfully Hack(the UShop & UCash hack), And I have just tried to install this RPG hack. I had some errors while installing it, but I fixed them. Now I have the Rpgoptions appear in my navbar, but when I click on any of the items it goes to a blank page.

Im also wondering if maybe I installed the images into the wrong folder. I installed them under /images. Did I have to install them under the /scstypes folder?

I did look through the other post first, but I did not see anything helpful. But then again I may have missed something as there was over 50 pages I went through.

The images should all be placed under the /images, because it is style independant.
And blank pages is most likely due to you not importing the templates as per the install instructions.

Revan. You've forgotton to put the code in for the background midi in the battle template ^^;

I did import the templates.

I will try it again, as I may have stuffed it up somehow (just in case) But I did everything exactly as was listed in the instructions.

Okay, I will go and try to import the templates again and see if it helps.

EDIT: Ive just uploaded the templates again, and it works! This is weird because I remember doing it for all my styles. I think I may know what went wrong: last time i did it the upload on last for an instant (maybe the file did not upload fully) and this time the upload took a bit longer.

Okay, thankyou very much for the assistance. I hope I wasnt too much of a pain. I just needed some ideas for where the problem may have been. Once again great hack! I love your work, and I cant wait for future releases/add-ons

I installed this hack on my board and when i view rpg.php it is showing up blank, maybe a template problem?

Try to re-load all the template file (170kb) for every style on your board. Thats what fixed the problem for me.
