Does the attached screenshot clear this?
|
Thanks for the screen.Where do we set the points for the promotion to another usergroup?
|
In the Level product XML. See also the XLS Sheet.

Phaylnx,
The screenshot helps, but you still haven't answered my question. You perform this action shown in the screenshot for the user that is the administrator? Otherwise known as Me? I think the problem here is with the wording: Quote:

Ok, maybe it should be like this?
CHANGE YOUR PRIMARY USERGROUP TO SECONDARY BEFORE YOU ENABLE THIS |
Yes, as long as everyone knows what/which "YOUR" we are referring to!
Akame. Sorry to be so picky, but with an issue like this, I was just being careful. |
Got it working, thanks for the help again.

Not sure if this has been answered yet or not.
I have a number of usergroups omitted from the point calculations (admins and moderators). When I recalculate the points they are correctly not included and I don't see them in the ranking table. They have however still managed to pick up 4 awards, is this correct? I wouldn't of thought they should be able to and don't want them to. I have regenerated the points and awards and the problem still persists. Thanks |
Problem
by mistake I uploaded the older version of this product 3.7.11 over this version 3.7.12 and I got this problem Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getawards() in /home/public_html/forums/includes/functions.php(1044) : eval()'d code on line 6 I couldn't do anything to reverse it back so I closed the hooks from config.php can you help me please |
Why don't you just overwrite all files from the 3.7.12 ZIP?
