About style and language options, this is a reported bug, I am working on bugs.
Should be releasing an update in the coming 2 weeks.

About your error, the code you point out is not chatbox related, except perhaps the end. Seems like you didn't give the whole error, could you please post the full text of it ?

chat box is displaying now. Just i wasnt Set the permission of the Forum.
a sugguestion:
Kindly suguest the Users about to Set the user group permission 1st. or Set the administrator permission as yes to view the chat box.

I found the reason of the bug in the Style and language options, so this will be fixed in the next release.

I think it's stated in the readme to set the usergroup permissions at the end of the install process.

I think I get the same problem as reported here. The chat window is displayed but gets stuck with the 'Loading...' prompt. If you try to post a chat, it goes to another page with a 'Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing' message.

We are using vBulletin 3.1.9 and MGC Chatbox Evo 3.2.1

Templates have minor modification, but only so far as changing site logo and removing the 'What going on' box. I tried reverting the changes, but it did not help.

I have checked the Diagnostics -> Problematic Webserver Modules section, but it shows no issue against mod_security (mod_security, AJAX Unicode Issue, No).

I have also tried clearing the vBulletin cache, but it does not help.

Has anybody else come across this problem or have any advice as to what to try next?

Hum, you shouldn't be redirected when posting a chat.

Have you ever used firebug extension in Firefox ? To track any js error.
You'd have to configure it to stop on errors.

And see if you get one. Otherwise I could do it for you if you give me a test account on your forum by PM.

Completely broke the entire forum.... >_>, ugh.. completely had to disable the plugin.

Yeah you need ionCube loader to get the chatbox running.

You should ask your host, any good host will install it for you ;)
It's perhaps even installed but not active, what's your host ?
