I am still having this problem with avatar and profile pic purchases.

When purchasing an avatar or profile pic I get the following error and I can't find where it's coming from.. I have been through every setting many times over.

Does anyone have any idea where this -1 Bytes could be coming from? That is not a setting anywhere in my system...

can anyone tell me the exact usergroup settings to activate, to get it to actually subtract the points you set for the arcade pay per play please??

how do you set it up for a usergroup that you allow access to the arcade already, but you want them to pay to play?

I have a usergroup ARCADEPERMISSIONS and if you are member of that group you can play, but if only registred and bought a arcade pass i get

becuase some people do not want all the options so i will pitch this idea at you

Why not create a "Custom installer" that will allow for the administrator to select what items they want in their store and in the admin cp! It would make life alot easier, and alot better to search through all the itmes looking for the ones you will use, and not the ones you do not!

Every usergroup besides admin gets the notice "you do not have permission to purchase this item" when trying to view any item category, so users cant use the vBplaza at all, except the administrator.

I changed the proper usergroup settings in usergroup manager/vbBux vbPlaza Permissions and still nothing.

Anyone have any idea what I can do?

Enable vbBux Points System?' is YES.

Enable vbPlaza System?' is YES.

In step #4, Can this group purchase vbPlaza Options?, mine is set to yes.

Still, no one can access the vbPlaza except for me :(

What about the 3 and 4 I just noticed I had them numbering wrong.

You have 2 number 3s. I didn't do anything for either of them because I didn't need to change the settings.

Edit: All is fixed. It was an issue with custom usergroups that had to be manually checked in the manage categories/allowed usergroups settings!

Okay upgraded everything seems to have gone fine so far.

Just wondering how to set up the arcade pass, and more info on the reputation features as my members are confused on how long they last for and how much gets added etc.

can someone help me out here,ive had members purchase lottery tickets,and have won,they recieve the message via there email that they have a PM saying they won the lottery,but when logging into the forum the PM is not there at all,ive also noticed when purchasing gifts & ribbons members are not getting the PM that they have recieved a gift,i know this was working before,maybe ive missed something simple,any help appreciated please

I just thought of a new store option for this, the ability for member's to buy more "Maximum Stored Messages" for private messaging, and also maybe buy more "Space that a user's total attachment usage may consume" <-- but also having a total maximum for it, same with pm messages.

It doesn't look like you've uploaded the files to your forum root yet. The install requires certain files already be present on your site before the xml is imported.

It's possible, but it would require alot of editing.

Then they aren't properly uploaded. Don't upload the the "Upload" folder itself, just the items inside.

Here is the translated message for the phrase you see: You have not uploaded all of the files. Specifically includes/functions_vbplaza.php!

Make sure that all of the files are in their proper directory on your server. the vbplaza.php should be in your forum root, and all others should be in their respective directories as layed out in the upload folder. Upload all files in ascii mode and images in binary mode. Make sure you overwrite any old store files.

If upgrading from a previous version of vbBux / vbPlaza follow these instructions:
1) Reupload all of the files in the upload folder to your forum's root folder. Make sure that all files are being overwritten. Do not move on to the next step until all files are transferred successfully!
2) After finished with step 2!! Reimport the product-vbbuxplaza.xml file via Admin CP -> Manage Products -> Add/Import Product. Make sure that Allow Overwrite is set to YES.
3) Refresh the Admin CP and get to checking your settings!
NOTE: You will be happy know that NO templates have been updated from v1.5.0 to v1.5.2!

Does this part also apply for 1.5.3 I have 1.5.2 installed are there any template edits for this new version.

Quick question - we have a Roman theme on our boards, and I'd like to rename all references to points to "denarri". Can I do this using the phrase manager or something similar?

I have vbplaza on my forum but when we click on any of the options (lottery, bank, donate, etc.) it says the action you are trying to do is not found. is there something that we forgot to add or activate?
