Hi all,
I'm currently using the vBSSO plugin on a production website. Although the plugin is functioning perfectly and as-expected, we are admittedly having some issues with logging into accounts.
Here is what they sent me:
Note that I have customized the message so the above error message, when default, is the "has not satisfied the single sign-on requirements" error.
We've also had issues of this nature between vBulletin and WordPress when the email addresses of existing accounts vs. forum accounts are not the same, causing a user that would normally have WordPress access to receive the above error message, however I have done my best to resolve those issues with minimal interference.
Would it be possible to shed some light on why my users would have issues logging into their accounts normally, through vBulletin? I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi, Kesha!
Thank you for your patience. Could you please contact support team http://vbsso.com/report-an-issue/ describing the steps you use to reproduce your case on your website. Thank you and have a nice day!

Hello xeagle,

Can you tell me the purpose of the Google tag that presents itself after installing this plugin?

HTML Code:

<script type="text/javascript"> var _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-25094208-2']); /*_gaq.push(['_trackPageview']);*/ _gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'WordPress', window.location.host, window.location.href]);  (function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js'; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s); })(); </script><script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.babypips.com/site/wp-content/themes/babypips/js/login_menu.js?ver=1.0.0'></script>
Thanks!

In meantime while the new system is in progress of development to differentiate purchases who have bought "footer-removal" option and who didn't buy, but turned it off, it is used to look for the illegal usage, warn and close the option to turn the option off.

Hello Xeagle,

When will you release the footer-removal option?

Thanks.

Nevermind. I've answered my question.

After vBSSO installation and connecting platform to it (Wordpress in your case) all "Login" and "Registration" links of any platform would provide to vBulletin "Login" and "Registration" pages.
