But, some off my user can write just one message and then open a little window with the chat name and a button with ok. But they cant write again message.

But what is the big difference between MGC Chatbox Evo BF and MGC Chatbox Evo?

I use the dafault settings and some of my user can just writ one message and then they cant writ. Just after a while and reloud the site, then they can write again.

I uploaded it over a 3.0.0 install and it crashed my site with a "ioncube error" before I even got to installing the product. I re upped the old version got my site back but chatbox does not work now cant type as it just says chat is already being processed. :(

Not that I know, have they refreshed their browser cache ?

There are no difference, it's only copyright removal. To get the best product you can use my addons for the chatbox though.

U had uploaded product ? Just sent you an email with info on how it can be fixed for the ioncube issue.

My host don't seem to have Ioncube installed (net4all).

There is a workaround ?

Anakior, you should contact your host and ask if ioncube is not already installed on the server.
Perhaps it's installed but not active, so it would need activation in your php.ini.

Otherwise, depending on your host, you could install the loader locally on your account :
http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php
