ITs called the admin donate and its a built in feature.

I know about that, but what I meant is, because I run a car forum, people on my forums write DIY's etc for doing car stuff, what I want to do is have something in the shop that says if you write a DIY, I will give XX Points etc, know what i mean?

K Zach, I went back and checked all the file edits, I had missed some in Usergroups. But that doesnt work. When I follow the instructions from the first post saying to remove the second edit and then go to my /forum/ushop.php?rebuildds1 all it says is no actions, so I can go there and have it say no actions, but if i just go to ushop.php its a blank screen so im getting pretty worried :S

Uninstall the shop with the uninstall link and then reinstall it.

K, I'm realllllly noob here. Can you lead me to the uninstall link. And also, once it uninstalls, will I have to errr redo all of the edits, or will those stay in play? :(
