It seems that I have installed vBadvanced successfully, but I can't find the menu in my ACP, where to edit the settings...

in the admincp click vbulletin options and scroll all the way to the bottom

Though now i have another small look problem.
my vBadvanced block is slightly wider than the top nav bar. I thought it might be because I have the arcade installed. Any way to fix the width problem?

I have it set with the Main Table Width being 100% maybe this will fix you issue?
Style manager--->all style options---->under Sizes and Dimensions change Main Table Width (pixels or percentage) to 100%

now dont hold me to this but i edited this line and it worked for me in your index templates under index edit this
