This means your images are in the wrong location. Add the images to your misc theme directory :)

I still get that database error I posted earlier, Dave. I had to disable the mod.

The header portion doesn't seem to be working. I have just the friends and updates enabled right now and they point to my usercp. Any idea on why this is happening?

Ok got that fixed. I had it manually installed before. I simply reverted my header template to before I had installed it. I enabled "Yes" for template edits via the options and that works.

Now just my CSS is messed up...

Add the custom css from manual to the top of additional.css and see if it applies.
