edit: nope, I was wrong. It's having trouble with anything from http://rss.crash.net/ trying to figure out how to make it work.

I think I figured out what you need to do. One of your feeds (for example) is http://rss.crash.net/crash_18.xml. If you enter that url, it brings up http://rss1.mediafed.com/feed/crash/BRITISH_SUPERBIKES. If you enter THAT url (in the abouttoday rss setup) as the url for your feed, it works!

I've fixed the three feeds you had. All is well!

I had this working fine before, but in the last several weeks its started getting 406 errors when I click on the "Talk About It" link. I don't believe I've changed anything.

Quote:

This error (HTTP 406 Not Acceptable) means that Internet Explorer was able to receive information from the website you visited, but the information was not in a format that Internet Explorer can display.
And then on one of the feeds, I get a different error when clicking the Talk About It link.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Here is a link to the site... any ideas would be appreciated?

Genius mod :)

However is there any way to make more $myfeeds $myfeeds1 $myfeeds2 $myfeeds3 $myfeeds4 $myfeeds5 and so on ?

So my forum is set up with difrent skin colors based on Categorys
I want seperate rss sidebars for every skin.

$myfeeds
$myfeeds1
$myfeeds2
$myfeeds3
$myfeeds4
$myfeeds5
$myfeeds6
$myfeeds7
$myfeeds8

Sorry for the delay. I can get some of the feeds to create threads (like this one: http://www.northeastfoto.com/forums/...333#post100333) but others won't, although they do on my test site.

Can you give the account you PM'ed me access to the admincp?

Thx!

BTW - I love how you've incorporated the AboutToday feeds on your homepage. You have a very nice looking site.

mccollin 06-07-2007 07:22 PM

Sure... what things will you need access to in the AdminCP... just trying to save a step.
