try taking out the edit in forum display and then say if theres the error or not. then I will give you more help.

@saba: You have to replace x with your admin-id, so you are able to run a query.

Would be good to know, which code is presented at line 960 in forumdisplay.php.

Your URL is wrong. It shouldn't be "...?f=Gallery" but for example "...f=10". There must be a number at the end, which should be the id of the category you've set up for the gallery.

@vBB-vietnam: At the moment there isn't the possibility to use the IMG-Tag.
