I am constantly getting an error.
"Please upload the file bitfield_vbhtabs.xml to /includes/xml/ before installing or upgrading!". It's there in the correct folder. Any ideas?

Anyone? I see it in my FTP, but not in my file manager for some reason. Any idea what the issue is?

How the heck can I upload a screen shot? I tried in word and wordpad, but it's an invalid file.

print screen then use paint save to desktop then upload or pm me if you need one to one help

and you are going to Plugins & Products/Manage Products then clicking the link at the bottom called Add/Import Product
also you are sure you have not got a copy of a old db in your ftp need to ask just in case seen this before with some and they end up uploading into the wrong files even know they think it is the right one
