This is great and I've got it working with a couple of us testing it out on my forum.

Just a couple of minor things...

I've uploaded a photo to my Profile page. And I've got the photo block showing on the Home page, but the photo itself doesn't show

In the 'username' block, if I click the spanner and turn off the username and avatar, they disappear, fine. But...if I try to click them back in again, they don't appear

Any ideas?

when i enable the forum header and footer i get this error

I moved someone from my family group to my friends group and I do not see them on my friend's block although they appeared to have moved looking at my network page.

You will need to CHMOD the following directory to "777" (World writable).

Writable? Not writable

That's not an error. You need to use your FTP program to CHMOD /z/user to 777. You can do that with most FTP programs by right clicking on that directory and changing it to 777,
