http://www.lfc4life.net/forum/dbtech...ss_install.php - returns 404.

Please upload the contents of the upload folder to your /public_html/forum folder.

That's what I tried to do. Uploading the XML file in the pluggins section of the vBulletin site.

That usually works for the other mods I add.

DragonByte Tech 05-21-2011 08:01 PM

Well your web server seems to disagree that the files are in their correct location, and without those files there's no way to install the mod (and even if there was, it would not work correctly after install).

There's really nothing more I can do :(

I don't understand how I can upload the chat moderation on here that I did last week, but I can't with this one.

Diddy Kong 05-21-2011 08:16 PM

Is it because I haven't had this mod before and it is only an upgrade?

Thanks for your help by the way.

DragonByte Tech 05-21-2011 08:23 PM

No, it's because your web server does not recognise any APTL files being present in the forum folder. I'm not familiar with every web server configuration so I'm not able to tell you why this happens :(

http://www.lfc4life.net/forum/thanks.php = 404
http://www.lfc4life.net/forum/dbtech/thanks = 404

Etc.

OK thanks.

It's there, but for some reason it doesn't work for me. :( I'm not able to use hide BBcode, if I require click whole post gets hidden.

Today I bought the pro version of this mod the official site!

Thanks to ozzy47 for his support I managed to add the Hide buton function....

It must be added manually through template edit and one image ftp upload.
