About ajax, it wasn't working before upgrade (quick reply with ajax) ?

yeah before the upgrade 3.6.8 path level 2 i couldnt post öäå on quick reply which the ajax was enabled... but now it works with 3.7 beta 5

oh and when editing the msg on shoutbox its really annoying, right when u are going to edit a msg and the shoutbox refresh u cant edit anymore, when i tried editing it says im already editing it.. so i have to refresh the entire page

- Go in the Plugin manager of your admincp
- Edit the "Chatbox display on forumhome" plugin
- Replace : $search_text = '$forumhome_markread_script';

You have played with options but have you played with usergroup permissions ?

Do you know why the shoutbox might sometimes dissapear for certain users with 3.6.7?

It shouldn't unless they set it to hide in their usercp.

When i said i'll look into, i meant when i will work on the chatbox upgrade. Which won't be right now.
