hello all

I have installed the files for this shoutbox I can see it in admin CP

BUT it dont seem to be displaying on my forum at all.

Does anyone know if i have done a wrong setting or if there is a templete edit that I need to do.

If you can't see the options in the left side of the AdminCP then you have uploaded the files and installed the plugin wrongly. Make sure you check each usergroup (including the admin) to see if he has the permissions to view / use the chatbox.

I have now got this working thats the good news

the bad news is ive banned someone Now I carnt unban them

how do I do that lol

unbanning occurs via scheduled task.

Everything is controlled by AdminCp including usergroup whether you want them to use the chatbox.
