Hi kall,

I am going to link over our engineers to that again as a reminder. I actually never knew of that problem and I can see why it would be so troublesome. When the guys start working on Thread Tags again, I'll try my best to see if they can resolve it (and if they can not, then why they can't.)

Have you tried using the character replacement function in the options for Thread Tags? That is for replacements, not just adding new sets of characters so I don't know if it's really possible to do it for several languages (at least with using a standard, un-modified version.)

Great idea this. I am still waiting for two things to be answered or developed:
1. An option in admin to permit tagging only but usergroup e.g. just for admins and moderators as I spend hours removing useless tags that make no sense and devalue the mod.

2. When an admin deletes a tag they are always taken back to the tag cloud rather than the topic are they were cleaning up. This is particularly annoying. How to we make it redirect after confirming the deletion to the page you were on when you removed it rather than the tag cloud

Hey perf,

We actually do have that feature in a planned release, the ability to control by usergroup who can add tags as we certainly understand several admins had the same concern as you do. As for your problem, is this when you're trying to delete a tag via the tag box on show thread? If so, it should be an AJAX like delete.

And thanks for the compliments on the mod, we love to hear them.

Which section do I post this in that is private for any username I provide etc. Can you post a link to the area as I am logged in on zoints but not sure where to post

My feeling is that it has something to do with the base href being used.
