Hi CyberRanger,
I've installed your mod and love every bit of it. I understand that for the rss url, I have to use a .rss link. am I right? I'm looking at using rss feeds from the following urls: http://www.businesstimes.com.sg/rss/0,6166,,00.html http://www.channelnewsasia.com/rss/index.htm#sg But these rss feeds don't seem to work because they are .xml formats. Would love your assistance in this. Thanks. |

Thanks..
Sorry, my fault. I set the forumid wrongly....hence it didn't show. |
Install was smooth as silk for me (3.6.4) and everything is working as promised!
Would it possible to include a Query in this hack that would add a Happy Birthday message to Today's Events on the date of each member's birthday? :D |
This is WONDERFUL!!! *Installed without a hitch!* Thank you very much!! :D

Great Mod!:)
I have around 20 different RSS feeds and have it set where a thread is created when a person chooses to talk about that feed. When I want to create a thread for the feed a majority of the time I get a message saying "Redirecting" rather than "Your thread has been created!" Once I "Force RSS Update" it will then create the thread, but only after I force the update. Is there a way to fix this agonizing problem, to where whenever I create the thread, it will be created and I won't have to "Force RSS Update" every time? Note: I didn't have this problem when I had around 7-12 feeds. http://www.u-connex.com |
