When does this problem with the Wysiwyg plan on being fixed, I'd be interested in the commerical verison but I'd like to try it for free first. When will this be released to work with 4.1.7.

"Warning: require_once(./includes/functions_wysiwyg.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/support.php on line 59

This is because vB has removed this file from the distribution zip. The reason is that with the new editor this file is not in use anymore. There are 2 ways to correct it:
1.- This is for Mike: To change the syntax according to the new editor.
2.- This is for you. From a vB distribution file earlier than 4.1.5 upload the file includes/functions_wysiwyg.php to includes/ directory. It should works.

Chris

read the post Hostboard posted as its true the commercial version does support both editors.

This will work on VB 4.1.4 and older ONLY. If you are running a version of VB with the ckeditor (4.1.5+) you will need to purchase the commercial version.

As previously noted in other posts the FREE version of this modification (which is no longer supported) DOES NOT support VB versions 4.1.5+. IT will only work with version prior to when the ckeditor was introduced.

The commercial version does support VB 4.1.5+ as I am running it on one of my sites and I am planning on purchasing a second license for another site.

As for the language issue, you imported the French language phrase XML file. You only need to download the files in part1 & part2 and install accordingly.

Where do i buy the commercial version pls

Hostboard 11-07-2011 03:26 PM

I have no association with with the author and have only offered some basic help since the FREE version is unsupported and they were questions I knew the answes to.

The author provides great support on his site. Since you purchased the software might I suggest you ask him on his site.

Crxssfade 11-11-2011 08:10 AM

I'm currently using the microSUPPORT modification and I wish to set up a notifications system for it, which includes things such as the following.
  • Administrators receive notification of new ticket created
  • Users receive notification of reply to their own ticket
  • Admins receive notification of user reply to ticket

How would I go about doing this?
Thank you!

Crxssfade 11-12-2011 05:43 AM

Anyone?

Hostboard 11-12-2011 01:56 PM

ACP > microSUPPORT > General Options

Crxssfade 11-12-2011 02:53 PM

Sorry, I should have specified earlier.
I would like notifications like the ones used to display a new private message or unread visitor message on vBulletin.

Thank you,
Tim.

Hostboard 11-12-2011 05:10 PM

email notification is the only supported method. Additional notifications will require you to alter the code.

Crxssfade 11-14-2011 01:24 AM

Would you be able to point me in the right direction in regards to how I would do this?

Hostboard 11-14-2011 12:11 PM

Purchase the commercial version and ask if this can be added?
Higher a coder to do the work for you?

dang3rzon3 11-20-2011 12:37 PM

unistalled!

Just a thought on the various responses I see in this thread. Something to ponder...

Just how do you expect someone to go to the paid version when there are a number of issues in the free version that were not fixed? I mean if the free version does not work or is difficult to customize, how do we have faith to buy the paid version? I would rather see the paid version in trial or shareware mode where you try for a period of time before I throw money out on software nowdays. I have gotten burned a number of times paying for software that did not perform as advertised and reluctant to buy any script without being able to see what it does and being able to try it out first.

My suggestion is to make the paid version available in free trial mode, maybe 14 days or so.

vBNinja 11-20-2011 08:42 PM

Will this be updated to work on 4.1.X ??

This modification is tagged as UNSUPPORTED and to the best of my knowledge it WILL NOT be updated.

Also:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost....&postcount=229

So if you have a request you need to go visit his site as he infrequently vists here if at all.

AS mentioned over and over this works with VB versions 4.1.4 and prior ONLY.
The commercial version is fully supported and works on ALL VB versions. I can verify this as I own a licensed copy and I am also planning on buying 2 more very soon. The author also has great support on his site and has always replied to any requests or questions I have had in a timely manner.

The author is planning on an update for the commercial version based on numerous requests some of which I made as well as suggestions I saw here and took the time to make the request on his site.

GoHighVoltage 11-21-2011 07:06 PM

I was one of the original people to buy the professional versions of this and microcart. Michael has always given me great support and help.

As stated above, the programmer made this an unsupported mod. Use at your own risk, and updates yourself.

Good Luck.

GeorgeB85 01-28-2012 11:01 PM

Would there be a way for a client to send an email and it start a new ticket?

Jabong82 02-02-2012 09:02 AM

Does the commercial version work with 4.1?

Also I went to the totally-scripts site and tried to register multiple times to try to purchase the commercial version but it wouldn't allowed me to register (said I was a spammer?) LOL.

Please let me know as I am interested in this script. Thank you.

New Joe 06-04-2012 04:41 AM

I have this working on versions right up to 4.1.12
And for 4.2.0, it can work but takes a lot longer to make work.
PM me for details.
