The mod is great. Question, how can I add the list of status updates that shows on forum home to another place? I have vba and I'd like for the list of statuses to show there. I appreciate it!

The Moods drop down box does not currently work in IE 8.

Nope.

I've made a little change, i erase the dbtech template and put the code on postbit because i wanted to display somewhere else... maybe that's the problem...

Any ideas of how can i insert on postbit where i want without breaking it when using this product?

That is the problem indeed :) Currently there isn't any options to change the location of it but if you take a look in the /dbtech/status/hooks/postbit_display_complete.php file, you may be able to alter the location there!

I've discovered an issue with the displaying of tabs which I now believe is fixed. Please download the files again and upload the files again along with re-importing the XML file setting overwrite to "Yes".

Hi, I love this mod.. However, 1 critique..

First, can you make it so there's a way to delete statuses from the 'Status Update' on the FORUMHOME? If you delete a user's status as admin, it still shows on Status Updates.. Have to go in phpMyAdmin to remove it.

great plugin. Although some members are saying they can't see the little edit icon under their name, even though they have permissions. Any ideas with this one?

the moods is not working in windows internet explorer. Can we get a fix for this? I really love the mod, but serves no purpose if some members can't use it.

Ich habe dein Addon einwenig verändert.

Eine Extra seite für die Status Meldungen erstellt.
Dort kann man leider keine Einträge machen das fehlt mir noch,
ebenfalls das man drauf Antworten kann.

Könntest du da eventuell das mal anschauen?
Das man zumindest auf der extra seite eintragen kann?

Kannst die änderungen auch übernehmen wenn es dir gefällt.
Schön wäre es ;-)

I know this has issue has been posted, but I didn't see a resolution, so here is my two cents. 3.8.7 PL1: All is well, except Internet Explorer can't update the mood. The little triangle selecter thingie to the right of "mood" is not there. I can change the mood using Opera, Chrome, and Firefox. I cannot change the mood on IE. Using IE (7 and 9) on a several different computers with compatibility mode on and off just won't work. I tried all styles, including my vanilla one. I tried repairing the cache. Nothing worked.

Does anybody have any ideas? Most of my students use IE.

EDIT: The mod works for me using IE on the DBT forum

I think there's still an issue with an older version of IE on vB3 but it should work in vB4 and in the newest version. Don't quote me on that though, as I wasn't the one who did the testing.

We're still on vB3 and it doesn't work in IE for anyone... I've kept it up all these months in the hopes of a fix but I guess it's time to uninstall it as it doesn't look like this is ever going to get fixed. Frankly, in the various half-working states that this mod has been so far, it never should have been released.

Ive rewritten this addon because it is not so good.However, a lot is not possible so I found a better one thisnow integrated in vB.Will no longer use therefore this because it is unusable as it is here.Too bad idea was good umsetztung bad.

Hello everyone, and DBTECH:

First of all I must say its nice, so is many others of DBTECH products,, There is a few things I wanna have out of my chest. In this Product, There are 115 FILES, and 25 Folders upload for VB3, This could be made very simple using AJAX, which you guys dont..

Why is DBtech always using bunch of files to upload?, and so many database changes?
Last time my forum and my database was totally down and ruined using a DBTECH addon!
And I thought maybe it was my fault, so I kept trying other addons or products, and AGAIN it did happen.. After 2nd and 3rd time, I simply stopped using the DBTECH,,,

Is it because my forum or website is Costume made?
But it should not cause problems with my database, even it did and totally messed up my database!
