I have recently installed this mod on a site I am administering and it is not adding the donations to the bar can someone help me with this? The site is www.ctxgaming.com if you would like to take a look.

I have had several donations and they all have problems with paying with cc through paypal. It does nto make any sence. I had 60 100 and 30 so far and they all got the same message that the cc did not work on the donation...
and I can not see if a problem I had the paid pro version for earlier version but just downloaded this one I dont knwo why it is not working?

I've read about 6 pages and haven't found anyone with the same problem yet..

I'm using vBulletin 4.0.4 PL1 and although this is a great plugin/feature - it seems to have broke my template when its enabled..

It basically covers up the bottom "Post New Thread" button.. Anyone know how to fix this?

Well shoot, I just installed this mod and its been working great, and have had several users sign up for subscriptions, am I to understand the way it is worded in the Suggested donate amounts area is wrong.

Wow, this is a really slick mod, I just wish I could figure out how to include the DONATE link to the CMS home and blog navbar lists as well as the forum. Anybody got the info??

Is this mod really still supported? Says so at top...but author hasn't been in this thread for almost 5 months.

I'd like to install, but seems like an lot of people are having complications and there is no solutions to their problems w/ this mid. :(

This mod is broken and has been for some time. Donations are not logged and users are not moved to new usergroups - in fact using this right now is probably detrimental because at least vBulletin keeps donation records.

I really hope Valter fixes this.

Valter or vb.org should change the "supported" status of this hack.

donation link appears twice for some reason

I would be happy to PM you with an Admin link to my forum if you need it. This mod broke several 4.0x updates ago...perhaps even as early as 4.0. Donations can be made, but no user group changes are processed and no logging / recording is done.

A warning (and not the creators fault).

Paypal are locking down on the word "donation". God knows why.....

I have had my account suspended as, in their opinion, I am portraying myself as a charity by using the word "donate". Frustrating... might be worth using another word to save the hassles.

Are you sure that options are set correctly?

Ensure that you have added your VIP/Donator groupID to proper setting field, and also that you have enabled PM alerts.

Whats the vb raw tag to pull the donation bar into the position of my choice. I tried using the tag I assumed vsa_paypal_donbar and it didn't work.

I want it below my forum stats rather than at the top of the page.

Yes all settings are correct and unchanged since it was first installed. Do you think an uninstall and reinstall might fix it?? Are there any potential issues with doing this?

If you wish to try with reinstall first backup donation logs. Table 'vsa_ppdonate' contains these. You may also want to save product settings before uninstall, such as donate amounts, or your custom phrases.

how do i reset the counter for donations? I reached my goal, but now i want to restart it. I'm doing it yearly, even if i change it to weekly it's still reading like 200%

Is there anyway to make this into a sidebar or even just move the donation bar to somewhere else? I would prefer a sidebar block for it if at all possible, but I'd be happy for now just knowing how to move it from the top to say the footer.

In the box that said "Who will be noticed about new donations (comma separated list of IDs)" I put my username but did not get a pm.

I already created a new usergroup i am unable to add people who have donated to that grp via drop down selection

I would like for the dollar sign $ show before the dollar amount

if I supply
7|3,9|12
it shows as
7 and subscribe for (3) months
9 and subscribe for (12) months

and if I supply
$7|3,$9|12
it shows as
$7 and subscribe for (3) months
$9 and subscribe for (12) months

This seems to work, but is this the correct way to do it?

Hi valter, it would be nice if you can add functionality to use decimal values not just integer values. One thing i noticed, if you use user ranks you need to update user titles and ranks for every user you add to donor group.

for some reason the donations never clear out... let's say a month went by, then the donations progress stays in the box! The goal just gets reset... wtf is that? Anyway to fix this?
