You should do it reverse. Make forum owners pay rather than making every user who uses a forum pay.

A lot of us depend on this forum to tell us when there is an updated version of our module so we may not be getting the most recent version.

BTW my users are loving this mod and using the crap out of it.

Ive enquired about this and he is willing to do that for you as a forum owner. Two thumbs up for him! You pay a yearly fee and the app is free for your members to download.

we should all pool our funds and pay him $10,000 or something to make each of our boards their own app... lol Something like $200 each first 50 boards to signup... we can do a signup sheet and once we hit 50 we close the signup and he's guaranteed the coin.

I just checked your forum at http://www.art17.it/forum/mobiquo/conf/config.txt it appears you are still using the old version. In any case I have manually published it for you but I recommend you to use the latest version. I also updated our plugin to latest version in this thread. Sorry for the confusion so far PM me if you have any issue.

Sorry we have been taking time off in the weekend. Yes we have just updated the plugin on this site too thanks for pointing this out. We will attempt to sync the plugin update between here and our website. The reason here is we keep updating the plugin with new features so it's a bit of sync issues and everyone playing catch-up games occasionally.

it does appear the plugin is not updated.

in any case i have manually updated the database so you can get it thru regardless of the version. please check on your phone now :)

I just updated my files from the tapatalk website, and added the line to the headinclude template file. When I verify status of my forum, I get this:

"Installed but not up-to-date, please install the latest update before publishing your network to Tapatalk"

I downloaded the latest file from the tapatalk website and uploaded to my forum, I don't see how it could be "not up-to-date".

In any case, it's working for my members as far as I know.

One more question: How can I remove topic title from being posted in the subject line of a post? I have this turned off for the board, but when a member posts from Tapatalk, the subject line is automatically included.

dany, I'm guessing you just upload the newest files which you can get from the tapatalk website. That's what I did.

Which forum are you from? I believe we have fixed this issue with the current plugin update. :confused:

Apple just approved another iPhone update of Tapatalk, here is the change log:

- Fixed crash issues
- Fixed landscape mode not enabled issue
- Moved Settings to inside the app
- Performance improvement in scrolling and landscape rotation experience

both. the app has been updated, so the only pending action is update the MOD here, just replace the files is fine.

we have just finished rolling out banner support on iPhone, both free and lite version. we are working on the Android side now and hopefully in next week or so your banner will appear on android users as well.

it's a great app yellowpeter, I really appreciate all the work you put into this and how you're continually updating this.

Some of my users are using tapatalk, and love it. Other's just don't want to spend extra $$ to browse my site, which is totally understandable.

Is there a way to respect their choice to not use tapatalk by really limiting the pop-up/prompt that they get when visiting the site?

like perhaps just prompt them once? if they decide against getting tapatalk then, in the future if they want to they can always manually download the tapatalk app through the app store or whatever.

Just an fyi...

vBulletin version 4.04 upgrade has a slight problem with the footer when trying to merge the templates. I just reverted the template and re-added the footer script.

I appreciate this app, really I do but being forced to update it all the time on the server is a real hassle.
