IMPORTANT UPDATE:

We have released Tapatalk Plugin for vBulletin as version 1.0.1 - please grab your copy if you have not updated it. We have fixed few minor bugs and one very annoying problem of not able to jump to latest posts if a thread contains more than 1000 posts. It appears to be working correctly now.

Today we have managed to release an update version of Tapatalk Plugin for vBulletin version 1.0.2. This version is an minor update with:- forum home page is not updated with latest post author and time-stamp ( see: http://www.tapatalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=401 )

- Now support customized default forum icon! This is useful if you really hate the "microphone" default forum icon . All you need to do is to place a PNG image as "default.png" in mobiquo/forum_icons/ directory. Why charge end users $2.99 for this app as most companies give the app for free to increase user base and only charge the websites for providing the app?

Or split the difference, 99c for the app and $xyz from a developer.

I would GLADLY pay $100 for a branded app that I can give away for free on iTunes for my site and this would be equal to 33 end user revenue. I would even consider a yearly fee (like SEO apps).

Let me know if you are interested as most vbforum owners will have a hard time convincing their users to pay $2.99 for an app when our sites are 100% free already.

Today we have got version 1.3 of Tapatalk iPhone app released at Apple app store - a small milestone over the 1.2.1 version. This version has added:

- Personalization - you can customize which tabs to appear on the tab bar, e.g. if you move the "Latest" to leftmost, it will automatically load once your app starts!
- Full support of Pagination - now you can flip thru pages in a long thread just like on web browser, only much easier!
- Able to see who is currently online and send instant private message to them with just a tap
- Forum Statistic - a simple tab that lists all your forum statistic (where your forum security allows) include number of currently online users, total number of posts and members, etc.
- Added Italian, Swedish and Czech language support
- plus number of bug fixes

I have this installed and seems to work ok except the images are not displaying correctly. I have a plugin called Resize IMG tag with Highslide! located here https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...t=image+resize which auto resizes all posted images which I think that this plugin does not support, can we get a fix to this please

Is there any plan in the future to have this set up so it only works with your own personal board instead of a directory of forums.

I have HS IMG Tag Resize 2.1.1 installed on my forum "The Model Hangar" and the images seem to be served fine in Tapatalk.

No you don't need to purchase the app to get the MOD install.

It appears you uploaded the files to the wrong place. You will need to put it under /mobiquo/ directory instead of putting all the files in the root of your forum.

For example you should be able to access:
RIGHT: http://www.chataboutcars.com/mobiquo/conf/config.txt

instead of
WRONG: http://www.chataboutcars.com/conf/config.txt

Got it in the right directory now.....

Went to mobiquo.conf/config.txt and got this

When is this app going to be updated with some of the request new features? Would be nice to be able to upload images to your album or in a thread. Also the ability to delete PM's or mod functions like delete posts,threads and move threads

You can delete PM just like delete an email on iPhone with just slide of finger. We are working on the image upload. Stay tuned. :)

I have noticed that I have been getting randomly kicked out of the app ever since I upgraded to the new app.
