Another BUG I noticed while Testing is:

When I Introduce the 2 Image Codes (Captchca), and they're wrong and I click the Go Back Button of the Browser and Re-Introduce the Codes, ALL the Times I Get a Captchca Code Verification Error, not even by Refreshing the Capthca Codes I can Pass this Second Step; I have to Return to the First Step of the Registration Process, Accept Again the Rules, and Re-Introduce the Codes and E-mail Again for it to Go On; I Know that but Current Users Won't Know What to Do in that Situation. :confused:

I Hope You Can Fix that, because Many Users Won't Introduce Well the Codes; Perhaps would be Better to Re-Upload the Complete Page Again (Bringing the Introduced E-mail) and Notify about the Error on the Top of the Page, (like in the Final Step of the Registration Process where Username, E-mail and Password are Asked, and of course the Captchca Verification Code if Decided to Use it on that Final Step of the Registration Process). :confused:

Alright, First I will attempt to use only the default theme. Next I will attempt it with all plugins off. I am wondering if it is conflicting with another mod. I will post back the results.

I tried things both ways. First, default theme with mods; second with all mods disabled. Neither will work. If I try to reuse the emails I used it will tell me that they are in use yet when searching in the admin panel I cannot find either account. When you click lost code it sends 2 email but otherwise sends nothing. Not sure what the issue is. I will attempt a clean install on a test board to see what happens.

I am using Captcha as well. I do not get the errors you speak of but I wonder if there is something in common. Even though I tested with the mods disabled I am wondering if a code change is producing the issue.

The strange thing is that many do succeed to register, but a good amount fails, because they get the error:
I am using vb 3.8.3

I have used Google analytics 'goals' to track what goes wrong where in the registration and the results are shocking:

52% of all people that have their registration code sent to their email address, do not convert into active registrations. registrants who try multiple times are only recorded once.

As the objective of this modification is to deter false registrations, there are supposed to be a number of registrants who do not make it trough. But 52% is ridiculously high. Unfortunately only a relatively small number(15 per day) emails for support. There is clearly a bug somewhere, causing us to loose a lot of bonafide new members.

Could you please look into this?
