I have been looking at the source code, I am thinking about porting this for vB4. I am currently working on a who's in ajax chat right now. let me finish that, and I will move on to this. My team misses this plugin.

I have version for 4.0.x but this mod use some part's form oryginal Moderation Auto-PM v3.0.1.

Author don't won't put this mod in vbulletin.org, because he thing that violate copyright terms.

What exactly copyright terms it violates? Original mods does not contain any restrictions on republication or derivation. If you mention, that your work is based on some other work and the original author has not restricted that, so far it is ok, I think. Also you can contact original authors and ask their permission.

I would also like to see a version for 4.0. It is very useful addon.
