This is a problem with the "firewall" modification you are using, and is no fault of vbAnonymizer.

I unistall this mod but

The posts are still with redirector.php? link some of them with %3A%2F% symbols in links

vbanonymizer_uninstall_fix.php dont work, gives me error

Confirmed. I can't use this modification longer if the redirect don't work correctly under this two browsers.

Would be very good if this can be fixxed. :)

It removes referral information from the links you click on. IE, a referral for a rapidshare link or something.

Well written, and works fine with me. My CEO gives you his compliments.
One complaint I'd like to lodge is that this hack doesn't anonymize any links put through signatures, which plays as a major bug in my case.

Hi Dismounted, I uninstalled your modification however now i see the redirection url are still on my links, when a user visit any of the links, it direct him to my homepage. How can i fix this?

Idea of this mod is great, but there are two reason why i uninstalled it asap.

1) Modifing link permamently, so after uninstall this feature, all of them are wrong. Maybe some fuction to get modifed links back to original will be great

2) Security hole thru do=nodelay. So you can use this:

and no redirect page with some warnings like a "you are leaving <site> domain" shown.

Hi,

If uninstall the mod doesn't help with fixing the links than you need to mention this in your main topic, this is a great deal for me now. I saw no warning about the uninstall in your main post.

Edit: I think you should put this in your main post so many would know how to uninstall it properly

Please I need help, each time when I post a thread with url then when i want edit the thread the url is "formated"...
By exemple if I post this URL:

Problem.
When I edit the threads, redirection is made multiple times.

Cant uninstall the product also.

When I try to use the vbanonymizer_uninstall_fix.php?do=fixuninstall , I get the following error

OK. Uninstalled successfully.

This is what I did.
1) Uninstalled the product from
Admin Control Panel > Plugins & products > Manage Products
2) Delete the uploaded files (functions_vbanonymizer.php, redirector.php, vbanonymizer_uninstall_fix.php)
3) Updated counters from:
Admin Control Panel > Update Counters

Obviously, considering there is no response,
we don't know if this will work for VB4.

In any event, does this only modify "Hot links"... ie, those that are merely posted raw
in a post ?

What about any links/urls that are posted in "[ code] [ /code]" tags ?
Does it do them also? or not ?

is possible to do a thing like this:
install the script on site A and site B

but make the redirect from site B using the site A so when users from site B click a link get some like this siteA.com/forum/redirector.php?alink.com

I have a problem...
After I updated to version 3.0
Some of the links are not "anonymized" anymore...

All the images on the post are hosted by imagevenue.com (not on the white list)
And not all are anonymized, and that happened all around the forum...
Any ideas??

Update... Seems to be working again after Uninstall/ Install

This plugin dosen't work on vB-4 ... But I rewrite the codes and now it works on vBulletin 4 ...

I love this plugin and just want to share .... I hope Dismounted create a new thread for this plugin on vB4 modifications thread.
